Booking & Cancellation Policy
We set aside your appointment time just for you, which is why we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will, unfortunately, be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the slot.

Ladies Only: Due to the nature of our treatments and location in Fareham, we are only able to offer services to ladies at this time.

Treatment Times: The times listed on our website for facial and massage treatments are the actual treatment times. Your booking will be slightly longer to allow for consultation, changing, and aftercare.

Facial & Holistic Treatments: For these appointments, we recommend coming with a clean face as removing makeup will be part of your appointment time. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that is easy to change in and out of.

Classic Manicures: Remember that regular nail polish takes overnight to be completely dry. We recommend completing your daily tasks before your appointment to avoid smudges. This is why gel polish is so popular—it's completely dry the moment you leave!
