Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us we hold that space especially for you for your convenience. We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but last minute cancellations and no-shows can financially kill a small business. Therefore we politely ask that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment time that you pay 50% of the treatment cost. This will be waivered if we are able to rebook your appointment slot with someone else (the more notice we get the more chance we have to refill it). Thank you for your understanding, Sarah
